Summary: Check in and check out was effortless and the staff was excellent. Lots of luggage carts to help with loading and unloading. Super clean and quiet. Will definitely stay again.

Summary: Entire stay was good. Only problem was the elevator door does NOT stay open very long. It caught my arm caused a good size skin tear. The large bandaid that my wife had packed was not large enough. We had to go to the store to purchase larger bandages.

Summary: There was a huge cockroach in our room. Mold on the shower head. The towels, wash cloths, hand towels had stain spots. The breakfast room area was very dirty…..the floor was sticky with syrup, the food counter was littered, the attendant told us there were no eggs left (at 8:15 a m), although the desk clerk told her to bring out more. Very disappointed….Hampton Inn is NOT what Hampton Inn used to be.
